Creating a Campus-wide Professional Learning Platform
The leadership of The Ohio State University identified a need for an enterprise-wide employee learning management solution (LMS) to deliver, track, manage and report non-academic learning opportunities such as compliance, professional development, and other training.
This led to the creation of BuckeyeLearn, a shared online learning platform serving faculty, staff, student emplyees, contractors and volunteers. As a result, OSU has been able to track and report on the progress of compliance and professional development training, plan for future training, and more effectivly meet the business needs across the institution.
